This is a non smoking ZONE! We do not allow smoking on the premises.
Smoking is not permitted inside or outside the house. Our neighbours, who have young children, have requested this due to the potential negative influence on their children.
- Please kindly note that it may take approximately 15–20 minutes to reheat the water between each bath.
- No on-site car park
- One AC in upstairs big bedroom. We also provide a fan in the upstairs small bedroom and a fan in the downstairs bedroom.
- Please note there’s no cooking oil, salt and pepper provided for safety reasons
Please note that portable heaters are only provided during the winter season. Thank you for your understanding.

Property was a bit more dated and worn in than expected. Very basic amenities. No milk. No coffee machine. Very cheap Kmart throughout. Expected a bit more quality at this price. Noise from neighbours. Not that they were overall noisy but sound insulation poor.
