The location is so convenient. The house is comfortable and homely.
The aircons need maintenance/upgrade. The sofa bed in the main bedroom is very uncomfortable.

Location was great, a short and scenic walk from Darling Harbour. The place had ample room for our group of 4 with nice common areas we wish we had more time to utilise.
A shame there is no parking, however there are multiple secure parking options within a short walk.

As we decided to attend an event at the Exhibition Centre at fairly late notice it was hard to find accommodation within the budget our company allocates. The house was within budget and very comfortable. I thought we would have a bit of a walk to the Exhibition Centre but then discovered the light rail was just across the road making the location fantastic.
Nothing in particular. I would rather stay in a hotel but that is just personal preference. The house was great for the purpose it is intended for.

Smell of sewerage in bottom bathroom. Lack of coffee, milk, dishwasher tablets, parking and downstairs heating
