About this house rental
Discover this family haven nestled in Plouguerneau, just 100 metres from Kelerdut beach. This warm 113m² house offers an ideal setting for rejuvenating seaside holidays, with breathtaking sea views and a lush garden.
On the ground floor, the fully equipped American kitchen will be a real pleasure for cooking enthusiasts. It is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, two coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), a toaster, a kettle as well as all the necessary utensils at your disposal. The dining room invites you to gather around its table, whilst the TV lounge, equipped with a comfortable sofa, is perfect for you to relax in front of a film or follow a sporting event.
On the night side, still on the ground floor of the house, you will find a first double bedroom (140x200), a shower room and an independent toilet. The staircase leads to two other double bedrooms on the upper floor (140x200) and a bathroom.
But the real strength of this house is found outside. A private enclosed garden of 823m² awaits you, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, perfect for moments of relaxation and outdoor meals, with family or friends.
On a practical note, two private parking spaces are available outside the house.
The accommodation does not have a socket specially designed for charging electric vehicles. For safety reasons, please do not use domestic sockets and instead use a dedicated charging point.

This is a tired property. On arrival the oven was dirty and had not been cleaned after the last guests and a number of dishes and plates needed washing before use. The dishwasher was musty and had food stuck in the filter. Neither of the 2 vacuum cleaners left for us worked properly - we were told that we needed to clean before we left despite being told in paperwork that the rental charge included a cleaning fee. Some of the garden furniture was broken and the garden chairs rusty and unusable. There is no smoke alarm in the property (as advertised). Communication with the concierge before arrival was difficult and sporadic. I had to ask more than once to confirm the booking and that payment had been received. On the plus side, the location was peaceful and very convenient for walking the coast path. There is a relaxed bar and a direct seller of fish/shellfish within 5 minutes walk. Lilia (30 minutes pleasant walk, or 5 minutes drive) has a good variety of restaurants. The concierge could not recommend a beach to swim from or a place to buy bread.
