Ideal location in Lilia-Plouguerneau, a place called Kergoz, between the beach of Saint-Cava and the small port of Perroz (and its now famous Bzzzt Café!).
All the most beautiful beaches (Saint-Cava, Île aux Américains, Wrach' Island, Porz Gwen, nearby). Sailing, surfing, kayaking/paddle clubs in the town...
Lilia's grocery store, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants of "Lilia Beach" (Legris Oyster Bar, La Route des Phares creperie, Mémé Lilia local fishing restaurant) are within walking and cycling distance.
The town centre of Plouguerneau is 3.5 km away (supermarkets, bank, etc.)

My father lives in the small house next door (not terraced). If he is there, and if you wish, he will be happy to guide you in your discoveries.
Our other neighbours are market gardeners, they grow a few hundred metres away and sell directly on Tuesday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

The house in detail: comfortable and spacious on 3 levels. Warm decoration, according to travels. Large and beautiful well-kept garden. Sea view! (Aber Wrach' side) 3 bedrooms in winter, 4 in summer.

First floor: entrance, fitted kitchen refurbished in 2022 with dishwasher, induction hob, extractor, oven. Large dining table. Very bright living room with garden and sea view. Library, board games. Bathroom and separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine.
Double room on the garden side (summer only)

1st floor: landing with piano and games area, double bedroom with view of the rear garden (bed 140x200), children's bedroom with sea view (bunk bed sleeps 3), WC on the landing.

2nd floor: large bedroom renovated in 2025 (double bed), 2 Velux windows with sea view.

The house offers a lot of space, it is bright and pleasant to live in all seasons. The beds are comfortable and of good quality. New electric heating.

Please note: no WIFI or TV.
Favor phone/computer connection sharing if necessary (it's also a very good place to work...)

Outside: on the front, to the south, garden with sea view. At the back (north) beautiful garden at the back with apple, pear, cherry trees. Large garden furniture for an aperitif or a siesta, tables and chairs to arrange as you want depending on the time of day (and the wind!).

Outdoor leisure activities: 6 adult bikes (men and women) + children's cariole + 2 20-inch children's bikes. Outdoor toys (beach balls/games, swing). Surfboard (Decathlon) available.
3-seater inflatable kayak + optional personal flotation devices.

Magnificent walks, many sports and cultural activities. Hiking routes available + all our good addresses. Welcome!
