Take your private elevator up to the roof top terrace and relax in its 6 person hot tub while the sun goes down. Cook out on the grill and enjoy a drink next to the fire-pit. This unit will sleep 8 guests with a California king size bed in the master suite, twin size bunk beds located in 4th bedroom on master suite level, and queen beds in each of the other two bedrooms, a Pack N Play is also available for infants. Master bedroom offers a private balcony with views of the beach and sunsets as well. 5 balconies in all! Each floor can be accessed by a private elevator. Washer and Dryer included. Everything needed to enjoy your stay is included with this unit. Dishes, linens, towels, TV/ Internet. Beach supplies like Water toys, boogie boards, and beach chairs are all available for use. We were in town for a wedding and Thanksgiving. We had a fantastic week at the property! A family of 5 with 3 teens we had lots of space to spread out. The rooftop deck with hot tub and views was amazing!Stephanie was wonderful, going out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed including roasting pans and a turkey fryer! The night we arrived I looked for the iron in preparation for the events we had that week. When I couldn’t locate it and reached out, she was incredibly responsive, and we had a brand new iron in hand promptly. With the park and pickle ball courts right outside your door and beach across the street, you can’t beat the location. We will be back for sure.

This is a great place to stay. The host is very quick to return messages if there are questions. They have chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon for the beach. The beach is very close to the house and great views of the sunsets. A definate win

Property is pretty awesome, as described. My biggest concern was how far the walk to beach was going to be. But it was only a 5 min walk, super easy. Recommend it to anyone

This location was truly incredible. Spectacular views, from the balconies and the roof. A short walk and you’re on the beach. Just minutes from everything on the Clearwater strip. The pictures do not do the property justice. Clean, warm and a wonderful place to come home from after sight seeing or a stroll on the beach. Would highly recommend.
