About this apartment rental
Very spacious double room in central London with sofa/living space in room
Dedicated workspace desk, tv, fast wifi, Apple TV, Amazon firestick
Private bathroom - used by guests only NOT SHARED (access through shared hallway)
No kitchen
Zone 1 location- 15 min walk to center, 7 min walk to metro, near-coolest spots: Soho, Brixton, Clapham
Locks on all doors
Bag drop:from early! if needed pls ask
Free parking! (Flat is within congestion zone)

The space:
The room is a very large room with a double bed, two-seater sofa, work desk and office chair - all within the room, within a shared apartment that we also live in though it offers a high level of privacy with segregated entrance. The bathroom is a private bathroom not shared by anyone else, access to the bathroom is through the adjacent door in the hallway. There are locks on all the doors and you will receive a key to the room for your own privacy. Please note that the room does not include access to the kitchen or cooking area. There is a kettle in the room.
Check in from 3pm - but BAG DROP available from morning time- (bags kept within apartment in hall while we clean the room).

Our place offers you a relatively high level of privacy considering we are all in one house. The access to your room is separate from our living area so we will not get in each others way, of course we are more than happy to say hi and answer any questions but - keeping to yourself over your holiday in London is absolutely fine by us also !
The workspace includes a 25 inch tv screen that can also be used as a computer monitor, there is apple tv available to watch netflix.
The apartment is on the ground floor, access to the room is one floor up a flight of stairs within the apartment.
There is free parking at our building, but the London congestion charge does apply 07:00-18:00 on weekdays and 12:00-18:00 on weekends (check TfL website for details)

The listing does not include access to a shared living room or kitchen but the room is very large and has a sofa area and a work desk space.
There is a kettle in the room and complimentary tea and coffee to make a hot drink in the room, we will also provide drinking water to fill the kettle. There are cafes and restaurants nearby to get food and drinks.

Our place offers you a relatively high level of privacy considering we are all in one house and we have a self check-in and self check-out arrangement for your convenience.
If you hear us in the hallway you are of course welcome to say hi, but if you don’t - that’s absolutely fine by us also.

What a gem! Close enough to be in the center of London quickly without feeling overwhelmed by central London activity or pricing. It’s a very charming and comfortable stay, and great value, too!The hosts are wonderful at making guests feel at home and are fabulous communicators. If I am back in London, I will certainly look here.

Spacious, cozy room in a very calm and quiet area despite short distance from city center. Good public transport connections. Uncomplicated self check-in and friendly, helpful communication with the hosts.
