Comfortable three-bedroom house with screened-in porch on Wellfleet's bayside

Enter a living room with comfortable seating and flat screen smart TV with cable (stream additional content with your own accounts). Just off the living room is a dining area with dining table and chairs. One slider in the dining area leads to the screened-in porch and the other leads to the large, brand new deck.
The kitchen is just off the dining area. The newly renovated kitchen has stainless appliances including a solid surface range, dishwasher, refrigerator and drip coffeemaker.
Just off the kitchen is a half bathroom and a bedroom with two twin beds.
An open staircase leads from the kitchen to the second floor where there are two bedrooms, one with two twins and the other with a queen. There is also a bathroom with tub/shower on this floor.
A/C: Four window air conditioners, one in the living room and one in each of the three bedrooms.
Washer and dryer in the unfinished basement.
Relax and unwind on the screened-in porch--a wonderful spot for your morning coffee or a new bestseller. The wooded backyard has a picnic table, a large deck and an enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy an afternoon in the yard, nap in the hammock and grill up dinner on the charcoal grill.
This property is located in a quiet bayside neighborhood, close to all the best of Wellfleet including the town's beloved fresh ponds and bay and ocean beaches, Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, sites and trails, the Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and walking, live entertainment at WHAT, golfing at Chequessett, restaurants, shops and galleries and the town's weekly farmers market. Short drive to Truro and Provincetown for more fun and adventure.

Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

In general we liked it very much, and found it comfortable and convenient. We especially loved the screened porch, and liked the back yard and all it offers. The TV offered frustratingly few options: at these prices, it would seem reasonable and worthwhile to subscribe on the guests' behalf to more stations (especially sports stations such as ESPN for sports-loving sons) and more premium streaming services. But our main criticism is that both of the second and third bedrooms are twin bedrooms, which was very inconvenient for two of our relatives who visited for a stretch during our stay, and who are a couple who would have preferred a queen bed. Maybe convert one of the secondary bedrooms into a queen bedroom?
