The room was nothing like the photos. The floor and furnishings were not clean, with visible stains and buildup in many areas. It felt more like a short-stay motel for couples rather than a proper hotel.
Security was also very poor. The door only had a passcode lock with no additional manual latch, which felt unsafe, especially if someone tried to break in using the code. In the morning while I was taking a shower, I heard the sound of someone entering the passcode at the door. I had to shout to stop them. It was a very frightening experience.
On top of that, I was woken up multiple times during the night by noises from other couples in nearby rooms. The soundproofing was extremely poor, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

I find it unpleasant that the restroom's glass door and somewhat filthy toilet are both present. But others quite good so it's still ok
