1. The bedsheets and pillowcases had stains on them. I asked the owner to have them changed, but he told us that the room is like a rental apartment and that we should change them ourselves. He instructed us to go to the sixth floor to get some bedsheets, but they did not seem clean either. One bedsheet even had blood stains.
2. I feel like the room has not been cleaned for a while. The bed itself was dirty, and the same goes for the floor.
Overall:
The room has potential, but cleanliness is the main issue. Although the owner was responsive, I think he should hire someone to properly attend to customers’ needs.
I don't usually write reviews but I hope this hotel can improve their quality.

The room is big but very dirty, it's not cleaned after every guest.
During my stay I found remnants of cigarrettes and makeup near the bed.
There is also a big layer of dust on the fridge and kitchen area.
They don't provide any towel.
Also there is no clear instructions for where to go and when to check out; I woke up late and I was in the middle of breakfast when I got a call to check-out and had to rush with packing.
There was no prior information about when is check-out time

The room is not clean. However, we can call staff to help us clean the room in the next day. The price is good when comparing to other homestays.
