Walk into the cozy dining room and living room with large Smart TV, stylish seating and dining table with seating for 4 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, range, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and many other kitchen essentials.. The bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, making it perfect to relax after a long day of exploring! A washer and dryer in unit is included!
All smart TV’s allow you to sign into any streaming services that you have access to at home! Just sign in with your current TV provider or username and password and you are ready to watch your favorite shows, sports and movies! Cable service is not provided.

-Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence. Guests with a 316 area phone number will be required to submit their drivers license upon approval. If there is a local address on the drivers license, the booking will be cancelled. No exceptions.
-We only accept bookings from individuals aged 25 and older. Bookings made by anyone under the age of 25 will not be accepted.

We absolutely love this home and the host was amazing! We visit Wichita often as our daughter and granddaughters live here and this is the best place we have stayed in Wichita. Do yourself a favor and choose this one! There is an upstairs bedroom that is HUGE!! Washer and dryer on site. A futon that came in handy for one of my granddaughters that is a sleepwalker that we didn’t want upstairs. Absolute best!!

The neighborhood was wonderful and enjoyable. The upstairs was oppressively hot (we showed it was over 120 degrees) and not at all possible to sleep in. That greatly limited the sleeping possibilities. The air from below was not getting up there at all. For any time with any heat, that’s not usable and really should t be advertised as a potential 2 bedroom. Additionally, the garbage disposer doesn’t work, the washing backing didn’t turn on (and we were asked to start towels before leaving) and the water spout outside was Lise and leaking (that we were able to fix). Overall, it was fairly disappointing.
