Security Camera: For your safety and the security of the property, a Ring doorbell camera is installed solely at the front entrance of the home. This camera only monitors the exterior of the property.
Number of Guests: Per current City regulations, this home can accommodate up to 8 adults for overnight stays. All bunk beds are designated for children up to 12 years old only.
Strict no smoke/no parties policy. Any violation will terminate your reservation and make you financial responsible of damage or loss.

This house was perfect for our family - great location, safe neighborhood, clean, lots of fun family things to do (pool table, cinema, hot tub). It was just as advertised and the host was very easy to communicate with.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was nice. The Wii was a shockingly huge hit with our 11 year old. It might as well have been an Atari to her but she left wanting her own. There was plenty of space for our family to get together for dinner and not be all over each other the whole time. Very quiet and pleasant neighborhood.
