About this house rental
This charming castle-like home is full of character. This 1930's home has many original features with modern updates. Located in the center of desirable Riverside neighborhood, close to everything making it easy to plan your visit. The river, parks, and frisbee golf are just steps away. Local dining and coffee is available within walking distance in the neighborhood.
The space!!
This home has charming features such as all original hardwood floors, curved walls, original hardware on doors, and more! This home is cozy and unique. The main floor includes; living room (with sofa bed), dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and one bedroom with a full size bed. On the second level (8 steps up) There is a single bedroom that includes a Queen size bed! From the main floor towards the back of the house (down a few steps) there is a door to the fully fenced back yard as well as a entry way to an additional recreational room with the washer and dryer!

Unique, vintage, and comfy. Fenced yard for puppies was a plus. New appliances including washer and dryer. Because of weather we switched from A/C to furnace mid stay and both worked great. Great communication with host.

Downtown is near and you can walk to the Kansas Wildlife Park. The there is coffee shop 2 blocks from the house. The house needs a few improvements but is good place for the weekend. We enjoy our stay
