The location was very central. Terrace was spacious.
The TV in the lounge room didn’t have sound and only Netflix and not actual TV.
The main bedroom smelled like mould.
The TV in the main bedroom also didn’t work.
The towels weren’t really clean, place was dusty. We asked for new towels and only the management company didn’t pass onto the owner until the second last day.
The bathrooms didn’t have anything except soap, not a small amount of shower gel, shampoo or conditioner as other apartments have.
Only 1 set of keys so not ideal for a group.
Intercom doesn’t ring.
Our power went off and the managing company didn’t know what to do, the owner called us a few hours later and was very nice about it helped us to fix it but regardless we were without aircon, power and water for the whole day.
