The house is a villa very suitable for families, having three bedrooms and two bathrooms on two levels. There are large outdoor spaces and the beach is very close. The house is clean and has been recently renovated. The bathrooms have been partially redone, it has been repainted and the windows are new. The furniture is a little dated but in excellent condition.
the kitchen equipment could be improved, there are few pots, pans and cutlery for a villa that can accommodate 7 people. A little more kitchen equipment would also not hurt. Finally, a beach umbrella could help those who prefer to use the free beach.
