Villetta Delfino

Great location. Very spacious. Lovely view of the mountains. Two verandas so you can soak up the morning and evening sun. A very short walk to a spectacular beach.

We visited just before Easter so we were just out of season. None of the restaurants were open.

We are a family of 5, and we had a fantastic time in Viletta Delfino. The host, Pierluigi, was very responsive. He solved all our requests almost instantly. The property was amazing - clean, very spacious, and had everything you need, like being in your own home. There is more than enough space for a big family. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The location is perfect - walking distance to the beach, local market, and restaurants. Our kids loved this place because of the enough space inside and outside the house for playing. To sum up, we were really satisfied with the property and location. If we go to this part of Sardinia again, we will definitely stay here again.

Il proprietario è una persona molto disponibile. Contattabile in caso di bisogno ma per nulla invadente. La villetta è dotata di ben quattro camere indipendenti disposte su due livelli, ciascuno dei quali ha il proprio bagno. Ristrutturata di recente, dispone inoltre di due ampie terrazze coperte, una davanti e una dietro per poter mangiare fuori se si vuole. C'è anche la possibilità di fare il barbecue. Nel cortile di proprietà ci stanno comode due automobili. Posizione strategica per raggiungere le principali spiagge vicino a Villasimius, costa Rei etc. TOP!!

L'unica pecca della villetta è la mancanza dell'aria condizionata ma essendo un luogo molto ventilato si fa tranquillamente senza.
