i like the furniture and kitchen utensils.
delay in check in time - when we arrived in shore 3 tower 1, we were advised that we are moved to another shore2 tower 1. Per owner's staff, the room we reserved was assigned to another customer without our knowledge. That customer cancelled the booking. So we requested to make new registration form for us since originally that's our room. The person told us that she cant create the form since the owner was the only alowed to create that form. They told us that they already assigned us to another tower and we have to bring our luggage and transfer to that tower. we were given an extension of check out but just the same, our other plan was already delayed.
