Gabby was an amazing host! Very professional and helpful responding promptly to issues I had during my stay.
The apartment was nice and very spacious.
The gym is okay but the sauna is good! (you have to tell security that you're staying more than 30 days to use the facilities).
A few issues:
- The area isn't very nice compared to other parts of Manila.
- The elevators are a nightmare especially on the weekends between 12pm-3pm ( it didn't help that most of the time only 2 of the 4 elevators worked).
- The plumbing in the kitchen area needs to be looked at as a bad sewage smell was coming from the sink.
- The noise when you turn on the bathroom light is very loud and annoying.

Gabby war sehr hilfsbereit und immer für mich da. Sie hat mich bei allen Fragen unterstützt und mir sogar einen Monitor für die Arbeit bereitgestellt. Dadurch konnte ich viel angenehmer und effizienter arbeiten. Ich kann die Zusammenarbeit mit Gabby nur empfehlen.
Es gab nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat. Alles verlief reibungslos, und ich war mit der Unterstützung und dem Service sehr zufrieden.
