Well presented and clean to high standard. All usual amenities and lot of complimentary tea and coffee. Additional WC downstairs was big plus too. Living room/Kitchen area was nice and cool in really hot weather.
It was unusually hot weather and would have appreciated an additional table fan. There was only one available in the house.

The condition of the property is to a very high standard and was lovely and clean. The location was excellent for visiting Peppa Pig World, only an 8 minute drive.
The beds were very soft, but this is just personal taste as I prefer a firmer mattress.
