Gute Lage, um San Theodoro und den nächsten Strand zu erreichen. Parkplatz vorm Haus. Ruhig, Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und das Bett bzw Matratze und Kissen sind einwandfrei
Kein WLan, was heutzutage bei dem Preis Standard sein sollte. Basic Ausstattung wie Seife, Wasserkocher, Fön fehlen bzw sollten für den Preis auch vorhanden sein. Das Geschirr im Schrank war teilweise nicht richtig sauber. Die Stühle am Küchentisch brechen fast zusammen und man kann dort nicht bequem sitzen zum essen. Waschmaschine hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Funktioniert, aber ist schon rostig. Gardinenstange im Schlafzimmer bricht aus der Wand . Die Mülltrennung bzw Abgabe ist sehr kompliziert.
