住宿地點非常方便，距離日本橋地鐵站很近，步行約 10 分鐘即可抵達道頓堀、黑門市場等熱門景點，周邊生活機能也很好。樓下就是 7-Eleven，無論是買宵夜、飲料或生活用品都非常便利。房間內家具設備齊全，還附有廚房，可以自己簡單料理，體驗在日本生活的感覺。入住前可先寄放行李，對提早抵達的旅客相當方便，不過退房後則無法寄放行李，這點需要特別留意。
