It was fine, something in between the hotel and apartment experience. You get your own room with private bathroom and everything in a hotel-like complex, but without daily cleaning and all that.
It was a positive experience for us, the sleep was good, we didn't even use the AC because if you close the curtains fully the cold air doesn't get in (late Dec).
The staff was friendly and knew some english and explained everything.
There were many amenities for you to pick from in the lobby.
The bathroom could be better, it's pretty small but I guess it works OK. Bathtub was narrow.
