Close to all the main sites and transport, good view, efficient design
The tabac a few buildings down is being run as a nightclub, playing extremely loud music, singing and yelling and chanting, until midnight. I didn't get any sleep at all one night, and was a zombie the next day. I didn't deduct from the apartment rating because this isn't the owners fault, but maybe they'll see this and ask the tabac to tone it down
Sunday the tabac was closed.. That day was gorgeous. The bar downstairs was open and they had music, but they didn't blast the whole neighborhood with it. It was fine. It was really just the tabac that's the problem
