Paihia Beachfront 1 Bedroom Aptm

Didn’t need key as access was via key code - very thorough instructions around access etc. Arrived on a very cold day - was very nice to come into the apartment with the heat pump already on and place nice and warm. The added special touch of artesian chocolates in the fridge was appreciated. Only thing that didn’t work for me but was rather humorous- that after 15 mins of trying to make 90 seconds instant porridge in the ‘flash’ microwave - I gave up. I am now familiar with all the screens but can’t cook🙈 Didn’t impact on my stay though.

Fantastic location, easy access to all the local amenities and lovely view across the road to the beach.

I may have missed it but there was no lift up to the second floor so access up stairs could be tricky for some, however no issue for our stay.

A very comfortable apartment which reminded us of home. A well-appointed kitchen, a comfy bed, and an incredible shower, all topped off with amazing views over the water. Plenty of parking. Wish we could have stayed longer.

At times, you could hear the shower drip, and the toilet needed to be double-pressed to stop it from running. These are just minor things which John may not be aware of...but it didn't affect our stay in the slightest.

Location was perfect

The fact that the washing machine was not working and we needed to source a laundromat to do our washing which cost us extra , we specifically booked the apartment for its location and washing facilities
