I liked the spa, it was the spa of ivan rilski hotel, so it was very very nice

The owner was a bit annoyed by the fact that we arrived later because of traffic congestion. We arrived around 18 and the Check in time is until later, so we were a bit annoyed by the attitude. Also, the kitchenware was really dirty.. We ate in the room and the spoons/forks smelt like iron and the plates were so dirty. We had a coffee machine in the room but the coffee capsule was 3 leva which was weird. It says that there is a parking space, but in reality we had to park in the street, which was a bit risky since it was snowing and it was very slippery for cars. Also, the room in open spaced, i didn't realise from the photos that there isn't a door which separates the dormitory from the living room and kitchen.

Πολύ προσεγμένο, όμορφα διακοσμημένο, ευρύχωρο και πραγματικά πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα. Με μεγάλο μπάνιο και κουζίνα καλά εξοπλισμένη, αν και μια τοστιέρα θα ήταν επιθυμητή στον εξοπλισμό. Ευγενέστατος οικοδεσπότης, και πρόσβαση στο σπα το οποίο είναι εξαιρετικό, με θερμαινόμενες πισίνες μέσα και έξω.

Το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται σε ανηφορικό χώρο, γύρω στα 150 -200 μ. μακριά από το χώρο του σπα, δεν είναι τραγικό, όμως χρειάζεται να περπατήσεις στο ύπαιθρο για να πας και να γυρίσεις, λίγο άβολο όταν βρέχει ή όταν έχει πολύ κρύο. Επίσης δεν υπάρχει άμεση πρόσβαση με αυτοκίνητο στην είσοδο του καταλύματος, χρειάζεται να διασχίσεις γύρω στα 200μ. από την είσοδο και έχει και κάποιες σκάλες ενδιάμεσα, κάτι που δυσκολεύει τη μεταφορά των αποσκευών όταν πας και όταν φεύγεις. Δεν συνίσταται για ανθρώπους με κινητικά προβλήματα ή δυσκολία στη βάδιση. Κατά τα λοιπά είναι άριστο σαν κατάλυμα!
