Good communication from staff. Self check in and clear instructions. Transport link 5 mins walk away. Well equipped and sofa bed made up.
The shower temperature was so difficult to get right. The bedroom curtain pole fell down during the night onto my mum’s head!!!!

Great location a stones throw from Hoxton station and surrounded by lots of bars and restaurants. Very clear instructions on how to find the property. The property has absolutely everything you could need!
Extra pillows would be great especially as the pillow for the sofa bed was flat and lumpy. We struggled to get the temperature consistent in the shower which also has some black mould.

No wi-fi, as access code was incorrect. Could not wash any TV as it was all set up in a foreign language.

NICE THOUGHT TO HAVE TEABAGS AND COFFEE PROVIDED. Amenities were good.
But I left a phone message Wednesday evening and Thursday to Catia about the TV not working. No response. Also the shower needs a mixer tap. The taps are very sensitive and it is difficult to get right heat. Only costs GBP 20 to buy
