Simple but clean and comfortable. Easy to find with free on street parking on Sundays. Check in process was straightforward and the host kindly arranged an earlier check in for us as we were heading to an event.

Location is great. So close to Hoxton Tube Station and the quality pub Hoxton Hound. Clean property. Staff communication good too. Also left us some tea and coffee
Unfortunately when we stayed there was no hot water but I’m sure that was just a one off. Bed in bedroom was comfy but sofa bed was not that comfortable

NICE THOUGHT TO HAVE TEABAGS AND COFFEE PROVIDED. Amenities were good.
But I left a phone message Wednesday evening and Thursday to Catia about the TV not working. No response. Also the shower needs a mixer tap. The taps are very sensitive and it is difficult to get right heat. Only costs GBP 20 to buy
