We really liked the location and the complex itself. The building is new, and there are many cafés, restaurants, and shops around, which was very convenient. The view was the main reason we booked these apartments, and it was truly amazing. You can see the entire Old Town very clearly, and the view was definitely the best part of the stay.

We did not like the website provided by the agency for check-in instructions and for resolving any issues related to the apartment. It was slow, kept freezing, and was confusing in some parts. After we received the keys, everything became much easier. We also did not like that some of the furniture looked very cheap and worn out. The bathroom was uncomfortable: there was a bathtub with a shower, but the shower hose was short, which made it very inconvenient to wash. The bathroom fixtures seemed to have originally been black, but because of the poor-quality coating, most of the black layer had peeled off, which looked unattractive. There was also a washing machine in the bathroom, located behind a locked door that required a code. When we opened it, the washing machine was already running with the apartment’s laundry inside. In order to wash our own clothes, we had to take out and hang up that laundry first. The bedroom was generally okay, but there were no blackout curtains, so it became very bright in the room early in the morning. The bed linen was new, but very wrinkled, and one of the pillows had an unpleasant damp smell, as if the pillowcase had been left wet in the washing machine or had not been washed properly. Overall, it felt like the apartment was located in an expensive complex with one of the best views in the city, but inside it was furnished and maintained very cheaply.
