Cozy Apartment

Lage top, in dem Kellerzimmer waren Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank, Tassen, etc. vorhanden. Für einen Kellerraum war es schön hergerichtet - man hat aus dem Kellerzimmer rausgeholt, was rauszuholen ist. Küche und Bad waren recht gut in Schuss, der Schlafraum hatte keine konkreten Mängel, hat aber irgendwie nicht gut auf mich gewirkt vom Kompletteindruck.

Der Vorraum zum Zimmer war etwas ungastlich - dachte zuerst, ich bin bei der falschen Türe reingegangen. Die Türe selbst hat geklemmt, so dass man sich dagegenstemmen musste, um es zu entsperren, was anfangs auch zu Verwirrung meinerseits führte, ob die Türe die falsche ist, der Schlüssel der falsche ist und ich nachtelefonieren musste, was das Problem ist (hatte Angst, den Schlüssel abzubrechen). Der Schlafraum war auch etwas ungastlich vom gesamten Feeling - bei dem Raum ist definitiv noch Verbesserungsbedarf. Aber für die eine Nacht und bei der tollen Lage hats für mich voll gepasst

Velmi blízko centra a autobusové zastávky. Hlavní nádraží cca 15 minut tramvají. Příchod na ubytování nás dost překvapil, protože se nachází v suterénu, ale ubytovaní jako takové je super. Vybavené jako malý byt, čisté a pan majitel je velmi milý.

Small basement apartment with everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. Location is close to the new Business quarter, river and old city in a walkable distance. The host, Ken, was usually in contact and ready to advise in case of any questions or troubles. There even were some snacks and drinks available in he kitchen

If traveling by car, please mind there is no actual parking except the paid municipal one on the adjacent streets. The lock to the basement was hard to open, but I am sure host will fix it.

Easy check-in with a lock box. Had a usable kitchen and enough space for multiple people. Surfaces and amenities were clean considering it was in a basement.

Was not expecting the apartment to be in the basement as it was not stated in the description (picture attached). It was somewhat unfinished - no flooring, unpainted, outdated. There was also a constant damp underground smell.
