The location is great and right in the middle of Seminyak.
The villa is quite rundown and needs some TLC. The photos online do not reflect the current condition of The Clovewood. There are a few items on the listing that aren’t at the villa e.g there’s no microwave, kettle, BBQ etc and even though there were 2 staff there from 10-2pm each day, they didn’t clean any rooms or make the beds etc. they only lit some mosquito coils, emptied the kitchen bin and swept up a few leaves. There is also no hot water in the kitchen and two of the bedrooms..this was all manageable as we were only there for 2 nights, any longer and it wouldn’t have worked.
