Super central location and nice to have a kitchen available if you need it.
Very responsive host.
Other than some reviews I read, I was provided a large towel for showering and a smaller hand towel. A hair dryer was also available when I was there.
The temperature in the apartment was good, which surprised me given it is below the roof and it was 30°C outside, but I had nothing to complain.
Good value for money.
I feel like the cleanliness has improved since the other reviews I have read beforehand, but still not entirely clean.
I slept well in the bed but it could need a new mattress.
The front door of the building was one of the more stubborn ones I have encountered in my life but I was still able to enter it every time, sometimes more easily and sometimes less.

Location was good
Cleanliness! Place a was actually pretty gross, filthy! Hair all over shower and toilet, filthy rugs. Mattress was uncomfortable and past its lifetime. No hairdryer, and only one towel in kids size.
