L'espace de l'appartement et de sa terrasse, le confort sur celle-ci (coussins disponibles), la proximité avec les deux plages les plus proches, la proximité avec Saint-Malo et certains commerces.

Logement très confortable, moderne, grand et propre. Très grande terrasse (même si nous n'en n'avons pas profité pour températures négatives pendant notre séjour). Grand Box pour stationner son véhicule. Bonnes informations pour les consignes d'entrée et de sortie de l'appartement.
Manque quelques petits équipements pour "être comme chez soi" > éponges, essuie tout.
