La Marinière - Terrasse et parking, proche plage

The property is a great size and has everything you could need for your stay. We loved having access to the balcony’s from every room and the air that flowed through the apartment especially as we were staying during a heatwave.

A few things let the property down but not necessarily deal breakers. There was a lot of dust on the floors mainly in the bedrooms especially under the beds. We only noticed as my daughter dropped her mascara and it went under the beds. The dirt and dust was considerable especially in the smaller bedroom with the bunk beds. Both the balcony’s could do with a really good clean and some attention to detail. They look very tired and dirty, and covered in cobwebs. There were plant pots with nothing in some plants around would make it look more high end and a nice place to sit. If the balcony’s were looked after they would reflect the rest of the property. We just felt the outside space let the property down.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im ersten OG mit riesiger Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet im maritimen Stil, auch die beiden Schlafräume sind sehr gemütlich und der Strand ist keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Ebenfalls fußläufig sind noch viele weitere Strände und Badebuchten erreichbar und es ist trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Bis nach Saint-Malo ist es nicht weit mit dem Auto und es fährt sogar ein Bus dorthin. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war sehr gut und unkompliziert, Fragen wurden super schnell beantwortet. Die Tiefgarage haben wir nicht genutzt, da es dort ein bisschen eng ist für unsere Familienkutsche und eigentlich immer Parkplätze draußen verfügbar waren.

Ich hätte mir Seifenspender in der separaten Toilette und dem Badezimmer gewünscht. Die Terrasse ist riesig und Liegestühle (vielleicht auch welche zur Mitnahme an den Strand) würden hier noch fehlen.

L'espace de l'appartement et de sa terrasse, le confort sur celle-ci (coussins disponibles), la proximité avec les deux plages les plus proches, la proximité avec Saint-Malo et certains commerces.
