Nice place

Good for budget

The bedlinen, bathroom and the studio is clean. The wi-fi works good. TV is connected to YouTube, Netflix etc. Mini fridge and microwave works great.

The main bed has been broken so it is not comfortable to sleep on it. We stayed as 4 people but only 2 cups were provided and one’s handle is broken. The bathroom’s key does not work.

Overall, it was a functional place for a short stay, with some minor improvements needed.

We stayed for two nights in this studio flat with my family and overall had a pleasant experience. Although the flat was small, it had everything we needed for a short stay. The bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated, with a new shower cabin and toilet, which added to the comfort. The key locker at the building entrance was a big convenience, especially as we arrived late at night and didn’t want to disturb anyone.

On the downside, despite the bathroom being new, the door lock was broken. The main bed was not very comfortable and felt as if it might be damaged. Additionally, one of the dining chairs had a loose leg, which made it a bit difficult to sit comfortably.

lit inutilisable, cassé en deux même en 3, la table manque un pied sur quatre, les tabourets, les pieds ne sont pas serrés, 1 bol, une tasse, une cuillère, couteau trés fléxible; heureusement que la banquette faisait lit, et que l'ont rien trouvé d'autre dans le coin, sinon, ont repartaient.

Le propriétaire nous a heureusement proposé un autre logement, celui-ci étant impraticable

La réactivité du propriétaire qui nous a relogé le jour même dans un autre studio, le studio 5 étant inhabitable

Lit cassé en 2, pieds de table (la table nous est tombée dessus), draps manquants pour un des lits

Mal gérer

Malheureusement nous avions réserver cette chambre mais ne l’avons pas eu car arriver sur place elle était déjà occupée , on nous a rediriger sur une autre chambre elle aussi occuper l’habitant voulait carrément appeler la police , nous avons donc été rediriger sur une autre chambre sur carrément une autre adresse et bien évidemment contrairement à la chambre studio familial que nous avions réserver elle était toute petite et pas de canapé le lit hyper bas ,

Nous avons voyagé avec notre chiot de 5 mois à notre arrivee Le logement était propre récent et magnifique une douche excellente , le propriétaire repond assez vite , l'agent d'entretien et très gentille

C’était mon 3ème séjour satisfaisant à cette adresse et j'y reviendrai

C’était mon 3ème séjour à cette adresse, cette fois en famille. Le studio pour 4 personnes a parfaitement répondu à nos attentes tant par la qualité de ses couchages que pour l’équipement de sa salle d’eau séparée. J’y reviendrai volontiers.

Nous ne reviendrons pas

notre arrivée à 22h, un seul lit sur deux était fait — et c’était celui qui était cassé. Nous avons envoyé un message aux propriétaires à 7h le lendemain, sans réponse. Nous avons dû les appeler pour enfin avoir un retour. Très décevant après une longue journée de voyage. Le minimum serait de s’assurer que les lits soient prêts et en état. Nous ne reviendrons pas

Dommage que les 2 fenêtres soit occultées d'un tissu noir intégral (type blackout pendant la guerre) c'est un peu flippant plutôt qu'un rideaux occultant, qui serait plus dans l'ambiance du studio n° 5.

Die Dusche ist phänomenal, das Badezimmer ist neuwertig und angenehm. Alles ist wie beschrieben, der Check-in zu jeder Zeit möglich und unkompliziert. Sehr faires Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Perfekt für einen Zwischenstopp auf langer Fahrt.

Obwohl wir für drei Personen gebucht hatten, fehlte ein Kissenbezug für das Schlafsofa.
