Location exceptional for a native of the town…practically on the main square, so shops, cafés etc etc…and general appearance

The two set of stairs and their being ‘open’ onto the two floors, but especially to the main living area, wouldn’t suit older/ disabled person(or children)…or sleepwalkers😅.The locking system gave unnecessary troubles. The tv’system’ was poor, especially in the accidental absence of a handbook… As a French person visiting my home town, I missed a simpler tv and more sound even when handbook finally appeared after two days. Concierges were helpful and nice, but not on site,so delays. Also got cheerful help from the shop it’s attached to. November stay, heating info needs reviewing, tho’ eventually adequate, except in bathroom

La propreté des couettes qui étaient tachées. Les 2 escaliers. Et surtout le long couloir d'accès à cet appart, sale, des détritus, des toiles d'araignées.......vraiment pas accueillant. Cet appart bien situé est a déconseiller aux personnes de plus de 60ans.

Très bien situé en centre ville

Très bien situé permettant un accès à toute la ville à pied. Bien chauffé, propre et un rapport qualité prix très correct.

Lors de notre séjour nous n'avons pas réussi à utiliser le pommeau de douche à main mais seulement celui du plafond. Le vidéo projecteur n'est pas un plus pour nous mais fonctionne très bien (une fois que vous comprenez comment l'utiliser)

Der Aufenthalt war enttäuschend.

Wir fanden gut, dass die Wohnung trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig war.

Was wir am Samstag in der Unterkunft gesehen haben, war schon heftig. Im Badezimmer auf dem Boden der Dusche lag ein blutiger Fleck mit einem Blutklumpen. Das war eklig. Mein Mann und meine Tochter haben das mit Mühe entfernen können. Die Handbrause für die Dusche war kaputt und lag abmoniert im Schrank. Im Waschbecken und am Wischbesen waren Haare nicht entfernt. Die Heizung im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht, weil sie blockiert war. Das Licht für die Treppe ins obere Stockwerk war kaputt. Um das zu besprechen, habe ich zweimal die mitgeteilte Telefonnummer für Konkakte angerufen, konnte nur auf den Anrufbeantworter sprechen und habe um Rückruf gebeten. Es kam keine Reaktion. In der Küche mussten wir das Geschirr und das Besteck erst einmal sauber spülen, weil alles unangenehm roch und nicht restlos gereinigt war. Was die Bewertung der Sauberkeit angeht, können wir das auf keinen Fall bestätigen. Wir sind oft mit booking.com unterwegs. Wenn man vermietet, sollte man den Gästen gegenüber ein bisschen mehr Mühe und Freundlichkeit zeigen.
