We love the room. Everything in 1604 is nice. Except the toaster is not working properly.
We didn't like the building it self. I didn't like the parking . They give us 2 parking pass, but we only use one. We drove around for 15 min and couldn't get a parking space. We got so frustrated. We noticed some room have at leat 14 young adults under age of 25. The building smell so much weed. The property looked like it was about to fall apart. The concrete structure above the pool (1st floor of the building) has been compromised because parts of it is falling off and showing its rebar. It scared me to walk back and forth from the beach to my room.

The maintenance man (JAMES)was like a KAREN. Everywhere we looked he was right there stalking.
