Grandview East is a fabulous 17 story boutique complex with just over 60 units in the entire building, which means an uncrowded beach for you! Each unit includes 2 parking passes to complex's nearby lot! Amenities include a Gulf Front pool, fitness center, and easy beach access. You can relax in your comfortable room or spend time on the beach soaking up the natural beauty. Grandview East has also provided a wheelchair ramp to the beach along with a wheelchair accessible mat that leads directly into the sand from the beach boardwalk. Clean and quiet beautiful decorated place. Always feel safe. Easy access in parking area. This is our second stay with you. Wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

The condo was beautiful and we had everything we needed. It was awesome walking right out to the beach and coming back if we needed anything without disturbing our beach visit.
Lots of food and activities close by. Definitely a great vacation!

Enjoyed the location because we stayed near here last year.The floors were nasty and you had to wear shoes or the bottom of your feet were black so I would think had not been cleaned in a while. The gate to get out to the beach didn’t work either.
