Grandview East is a fabulous 17 story boutique complex with just over 60 units in the entire building, which means an uncrowded beach for you! Each unit includes 2 parking passes to complex's nearby lot! Amenities include a Gulf Front pool, fitness center, and easy beach access. You can relax in your comfortable room or spend time on the beach soaking up the natural beauty. Grandview East has also provided a wheelchair ramp to the beach along with a wheelchair accessible mat that leads directly into the sand from the beach boardwalk. As advertised! This property was absolutely gorgeous! It was very spacious and comfortable for my family of six! We enjoyed being so close to the beach and sitting out on the balcony watching and hearing the waves. If we're ever in Panama City again, we will definitely love to stay here again!

Very easy check in and out processes. The condo was as nice as advertised. Parking was never an issue. We had a great stay.

Absolutely no complaints about the rental. Everything was exactly as advertised. The condo was clean and up to date. View was amazing. Corner unit made it that much better. Favorite part was the additional balcony on the street side. We were able to open both patio doors for an amazing breeze. We will be staying there again.
