Footsteps from beach. Very clean and furnished very good, had everything you needed. Decorated very nice. Can’t complain about nothing.

Location, layout/size, overall appeal. RealJoy staff (although never saw anyone, only phone interaction) was super professional, helpful, flexible to accommodate customer needs- so a shout out to them for customer service-thanks.
Parking across the street was ok but not most convenient. Living room furniture (sofa, chair, coffee table) felt old and uncomfortable for when we needed to sit and watch TV, so this can be considered for improvement. Also, the sliding doors could have been cleaned better, floor felt like some it was not adequately cleaned - which were OK, not big deal, but noticeable - we did the floor cleaning on first day and every day while we were there.
