民宿的位置非常方便，步行範圍內就有兩個大型車站，可搭乘多條地鐵與火車線路，交通十分便利。附近還有大型超市，購買日常用品或食物都很輕鬆。對於皇家馬德里的擁躉來說更是一大亮點——可以步行前往伯納烏球場觀賽，賽後也不用擠地鐵，能悠閒地走回住宿地點，是非常難得且愉快的體驗。 此外，房間整體乾淨整潔，設施新穎，餐具齊全，各類日用品也都有準備，入住期間十分方便舒適。
熱水器的熱水量似乎只足夠一人使用，第二位入住者若想洗澡，可能需要等待約一小時以上才能恢復熱水。房間內雖然配備洗衣機，但缺少適合晾曬衣物的空間，而且洗衣機沒有烘乾功能，只能將衣服分散掛在房間各處。另外，吹風機使用幾分鐘後容易因過熱而停止運作。若這些方面能進一步改善，整體住宿體驗會更加理想。

La posizione è ottima anche se distante qualche chilometro dal centro in quanto ci sono 2 stazioni metro nelle vicinanze. Oltre ai comodi letti (matrimoniale e divano letto), la zona non è rumorosa per cui si riesce a riposare. Contatti per chiarimenti con il proprietario puntuali ed esaustivi.
A mio avviso manca un attaccapanni a muro nella camera da letto... è comunque presente un armadio a muro capiente.

Me gustó muchísimo la limpieza, y que todo era nuevo y moderno, la insonorización en la noche lo valoro mucho ya que me resulta imposible dormir con ruidos!
