Exquisite York Gem - Garden

The property was very well located and easy to find, it was very clean and well maintained also the decor was beautifully decorated, me and my friends absolutely loved this little property, it was only a short walk from station and back into the centre.

Nothing at all

Apartment was clean and modern and close to everything of interest

Windows weren’t double glazed so noisy from traffic from 6am. otherwise we were happy and comfortable. Disappointed with courtyard, very unpleasant and scruffy with dead plants in the tubs

Great location and beautiful apartment on the ground floor. Small court yard garden area, that was a nice bonus. Beds were very comfortable.

Absolutely no wardrobe or hanging space for our dresses that we needed to hang up for a day at the races. Also could be a problem for anyone staying in York to attend a wedding or special event, for both ladies or men who hope to be able to hang up outfits, shirts or suits. Couldn’t understand why, as the apartment was very spacious and easily had space for something. Also the £300 damages deposit was a bit much. It gets taken out of the account you pay on. I used credit card, and it was returned back on to my card after about 7 days after leaving. But If you paid by debit card, it might come as a bit of a shock.

It was cute inside. Rooms were comfortable. Good facilities. AMAZING location.

Walls and windows are so thin you can call everything outside as if your outside also. Also people in adjoining rooms too. There was also no storage space in one room which was a little annoying.
