2 Bedroom 1,5 Bath near Kolonaki Square 9min from Metro station

I am so grateful to have found this rental in Kolonaki! My cousin and I had an extended stay (around 10 days) with some administrative errands to do in Athens that were not as fun as your standard tourist agenda, and this apartment made everything much easier on us. With plenty of space, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable couch and beds, and lots of closets, this apartment was our temporary home away from home. The vintage elevator is very quaint, there are many places to eat around the corner, and if you feel like ordering in there are tons of great options. Konstantinos was very friendly and always reachable with great restaurant recommendations, and the cleaning staff were also cheerful and quite detailed in their work.

The location was perfect, and the flat had every comfort needed for a pleasant stay. Although the building is old, it is well-maintained, secure, and full of character—I especially loved the vintage elevator. The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials, and Konstantinos was always responsive and helpful when necessary.

The only suggestion would be for the building management to address the humidity on the staircase walls and improve the lighting in the common areas.

Η τοποθεσία εξαιρετική!!! Το σπίτι είναι πάαρα πολύ όμορφο με πολύ όμορφα έπιπλα. Μας βόλεψε πάαρα πολύ το 2ο μπάνιο. Λάτρεψα το ασανσέρ!!! Είναι από άλλη εποχή και θα έπρεπε να κρατηθεί κάπου για να το θαυμάζεις!!! Το διαμέρισμα είναι δίπλα στο κέντρο αλλά σε τέτοιο σημείο που έχει ησυχία!!! Δεν υπήρξε κάτι που δε μου άρεσε! Το σπίτι μου θύμισε τα χρόνια μου τα φοιτητικά όταν έμενα Αθήνα και το απόλαυσα!!!
