Great neighbourhood - easy access to Evangelismos metro or a comfortable walk to attractions; apartment has gorgeous high ceilings, ample light fixtures, and beautifully finished wooden floors throughout;, bright living room with a comfortable couch and super TV (for tour recovery); main bedroom has a comfortable mattress and top notch pillows (I did not try the second bedroom); kitchen was well equipped and the Nespresso machine was appreciated ; reliable WIFI; and a responsive host.

I am so grateful to have found this rental in Kolonaki! My cousin and I had an extended stay (around 10 days) with some administrative errands to do in Athens that were not as fun as your standard tourist agenda, and this apartment made everything much easier on us. With plenty of space, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable couch and beds, and lots of closets, this apartment was our temporary home away from home. The vintage elevator is very quaint, there are many places to eat around the corner, and if you feel like ordering in there are tons of great options. Konstantinos was very friendly and always reachable with great restaurant recommendations, and the cleaning staff were also cheerful and quite detailed in their work.

The location was perfect, and the flat had every comfort needed for a pleasant stay. Although the building is old, it is well-maintained, secure, and full of character—I especially loved the vintage elevator. The flat was fully equipped with all the essentials, and Konstantinos was always responsive and helpful when necessary.

The only suggestion would be for the building management to address the humidity on the staircase walls and improve the lighting in the common areas.
