Urban Loft Rosal - parking privado

This was a very comfortable apartment in an excellent location in Oviedo. It has been recently renovated, so that everything worked and was well-equipped for an extended stay. There is a supermarket a short walk away. Everything was fine once we had worked out the intricacies of getting into the apartment from the carpark. We made a few mistakes, so it took a bit longer than expected.

Be aware that there is no parking in the street if you have a car. You need to find parking nearby, retrieve the keys and garage door opener from the lockbox, then go back to your car and drive to the carpark door. The parking space is on the lowest level of a very narrow carpark. It is very dark, and we made a mistake with the correct car space.

A beautiful, modern loft right in the heart of Oviedo. I have very seldomly encountered such a tastefully designed apartment Everything was first class! Communication with hosts was instant, when I had a question. No traffic noise whatsoever made for great sleep quality

El Loft es una auténtica pasada, lo han preparado de tal manera, que te sientes como en casa. Es amplio ,luminoso y no le falta detalle ,han pensado en todo aquello que podía hacer falta para hacer tu estancia confortable. La ubicación es extraordinaria, junto a la plaza del Fontán, parque de San Francisco y calle Uría por mencionar enclaves importantes. Además cuenta con plaza de garaje que se accede desde el ascensor directamente a la vivienda. Moderno, funcional y con buena situación además pet friendly, nosotros pasamos un estupendo fin de semana en Oviedo.

Great location in the centre of town. Clean, modern apartment with a comfortable bed and no noise. No air conditioning but cool enough to sleep even in hot weather. Nice shower and bathroom. Private parking is good except for the difficulty associated with getting in and out of the car park

The entry and leaving arrangements are very poor and difficult to navigate. We took over an hour to get into the apartment. It is located on a one-way street with no place to park outside. Unfortunately you need to get into the apartment to get the keys so parking somewhere prior to entry is a must. Same on leaving. The keys are required to open and close the garage and must be left back upstairs at the apartment. Most importantly, the FRONT DOOR KEY DOES NOT WORK consistently. We found ourselves locked out several times and had to access the place via the garage. Very stressful! There is no instruction to ensure you take the correct elevator from the garage to the apartment. We ended up in the wrong part of the building and outside the wrong place. The elevators are very small, require a key to enable you to get to the garage and everything is totally dark until you find a light switch which requires you to use your own torch. The garage itself is the usual tight space guaranteed to make it difficult to manoeuvre. Very very poor and wouldn’t return.
