There is everything you need for a long-term stay (we stayed for 3 weeks while we were looking for a permanent place to live), even a convenient small dishwasher, which is rare. The location is excellent.
This is not a negative thing, but it is important to consider that it is a bajo.

Amplio, 3 habitaciones con cocina y un baño.
Calidad-precio.
El anfitrión es muy cordial, nos informó del piso e incluso de la ciudad.
Algo de humedad, a pesar de contar con un deshumificador y de radiadores para calentar el piso.

Está bien el apartamento, las habitaciones son amplias y las camas son cómodas.
El sofá es incómodo, pero estábamos casi todo el día fuera, solo para cenar íbamos al apartamento.
Las almohadas son incómodas, pero eso depende de cada uno.
Hay muchísima humedad en el apartamento y huele mucho, no lo recomiendo a personas enfermas o con niños. Tienen un humificador, pero hay demasiada humedad.
El edificio es viejo y no tiene parking, cuesta mucho aparcar por los alrededores y das varias vueltas para encontrar sitio.
