Apartamento con Jardín en el Oviedo Antiguo

Lo mejor sin duda, la ubicación. Esta en el centro de Oviedo y tienes sitios culturales muy cerca dela apartamento sin necesidad de usar el coche. Además los alrededores del apartamento cuentan con bastante zona azul, por lo que por 8€ al día tienes aparcamiento. También destacar a Guillermo como Anfitrión, no se le puede poner ninguna pega, ya que nos recomendó un montón de sitios tanto cultures como gastronómicos, además su atención fue de 10 ya que tuvimos un gran percance.Y por ultimo, el apartamento esta estupendo, esta renovado y moderno, y muy limpio.

Huele a humedad el apartamento, pero tienen preparado tres deshumidificadores para evitar la humedad y que la estancia sea mucho mas comoda.

For me personally the lack of elevator made the experience a bit uncomfortable. I had a baby with his stroller and there is a flight of stairs up and then a whole floor down I had to get through each time I left or went to the apartment.

Very well refurbished apartment, done with taste and well equipped. Nicely located close to the old center. The host was fantastic: very clear instructions, plenty of tips, very responsive.

If I may, if a selling point is the garden, I would work a bit on it so it’s inviting, knowing that making a garden nice takes time and patience.

Emplacement très central, hôte accueillant et réactif. Spacieux et confortable.
