The furniture outside on the balcony was not clean. Appreciated it does rain and dust gathers, but the furniture appeared not to be cleaned for sometime. The main bathroom had a persistent drain smell. We purchased an air fresher to resolve the problem.

I like the location, a private interior garage in the building, well-sized bathrooms and kitchen, a very large balcony excellent for outdoor dining, and the attentiveness of a very friendly host who, although he lives an hour away in another city, met me at the doorstep to hand over the keys and explain the apartment's operations. I really appreciate his excellent attentiveness and cordial manners. He was always available, a phone call away.

Beds are old and uncomfortable; need replacement, along with all the pillows. The rest of the furniture [especially the main couch] shows signs of lots of use. All curtains need to be replaced and should be ones that provide insulation - they are difficult to close and flimsy. This is an attic apartment, and the roof is metal - little or no insulation - it gets very hot very quickly - there is no air conditioning, only one floor fan that is designed for a very small area to cool the air (but does not extract moisture, which is needed in Oviedo since it is very humid). We are experiencing more hot, humid days from late May to early September, so if you plan your visit during these months, be aware. The kitchen utensils are sadly in need of replacement, and the cooking equipment needs improvement. No espresso coffee maker - this is a must-have since some stores do not carry loose coffee. There is no chef's knife, and the small knives are useless. Several plates are chipped - need to be thrown out. The kitchen faucet needs repair - it sprays water outside the sink. The glass folding door in the bathtub makes it challenging to get in and out; be careful not to fall. All of these "issues" are easy to resolve - if money is plowed back into the apartment - and keep it properly maintained - it needs Tender Loving Care from an on-site property manager to become an excellent property and not just one that today is just average.
