Our trip to Coastal Cottage in Ukunda, Diani was amazing. It was one of the best experiences my family, and I have ever shared together. We had a great stay here. The accommodation was very roomy, and we very much enjoyed each morning watching the monkeys jump around in the trees surrounding us ..and sometimes running up the rooftop above us. It was magical and the architecture of the property was so beautiful. The Kongo River to watching the beautiful sunset, Kongo Mosque and the Diani beach were just down the road about 6 mins walk from location. I highly recommend this spot for those who want to get away from a busy city life and to experience true Ukunda.

The only thing we didn't like was the dirty floor, kitchen counter had mice droppings and mice coming from storage to kitchen. I reported and the host was so nice to send someone quickly to clean and put mice traps around. Unfortunately, the children didn't get to use the swimming pool due to repairs.
