Location. Beach access
The pool and other common facilities were run down. The grounds were not well maintained. The were a lot of leaking pipes and pealing paint on the corridors and walls.

The sunrise views from my bed perfect, the room was always clean, WIFI connection was perfect
And it was super peaceful
The entire outside of the room environment still being under renovations was such a mood kill, no restaurants on the premise for quick meals.

Nicely styled apartment with easy access to the beach, working AC and the host is very responsive. I especially enjoyed the balcony view to nature and the sounds of bird chirps.
The toilet seat was stained and sometimes they'd be a foul smell when you use the bathroom sink. I explored the building and most of it is abandoned which had me questioning the overrall safety.
