The place worked out just great for us. Each time I reach out to the host they respond quickly to our needs. Could use cleaning up outside a little but that may not be there fault. The family had just a great time in DC seeing all the sights. The bus service was great and everyone we ask for help was just great!!!

Everything turned out great.. very nice and spacious place.. all what you need in a place for a week.. parking out front and if that is full a gated parking spot in the back.. small drive to Everything in the area.. the host was very helpful in everyway.. Will stay again next year.

I love the location. We attended my granddaughter's graduation from Howard University. It was the perfect location, 10 minutes away. Clean and comfortable.
Although after 9pm it was quiet time, I could hear people walking around upstairs.

Very clean and nicely decorated! Great location near the metro and several locally owned restaurants nearby that serve high quality, delicious food! One parking spot is available.
