Clean and spacious . Air con was much appreciated on a hot Faro day, so was the use of the pool in Roots hotel. Beds were extremely comfortable and we all slept amazingly throughout the trip. Roof terrace was our favourite feature and perfect for some sunbathing or morning breakfast! Nelson is an incredible host and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We have no hesitations about staying here again and hope to be back in the future!

Great location on side street close to old town, main restaurant street, bus station (buses to airport and beach) and railway station (local trains to Tavira and other coastal towns). Staff really friendly (it’s related to Roots hotel just round the corner). Apartment was spacious (great for 4 of us) and clean, well kitted out, good aircon, with roof terrace nice for late afternoon & evenings (bit hot during the day).

High quality, clean, modern . Great location for exploring Faro.
Electronic key code door entry. The electronic code for the door stopped working on the final day which left me stranded outside.
