what breakfast ?
Wrong code for key safe, wrong one sent 3 times. No instructions about the heating system, bedroom window stuck fully open when I arrived. Had to stand on a chair to finally close it. 2 freeing cold nights. No bin in kitchen for rubbish or kitchen towels. strong smell of disinfectant in kitchen. Bedding not ironed. TV not fully working poor reception. Outside court yard used as a dumping ground. Window blinds broken At the very least a basic information pack should have been supplied. I stated an arrival time expecting someone to be there to meet me.

Nothing, there was a horrible smell, they are crackheads and in the draw above the cooker all the crack stuff and there was mess everywhere absolutely disgusting

From the booking to actually staying communication was great, any questions I had were answered. The main bed was really comfy, the house had everything I needed, location great, could easily park outside the property Will definitely stay again

Disappointing
The location is the only positive to this property. Only stayed one night out of the 3 booked!
The toilet seat didn't stay up and was broken! Some of the cupboard doors were broken! The whole place stank of years' worth of smoking! And this is evident on the smoke detector that's covered in yellow nicotine. One night, after sleeping in the bed, I was covered in bites, and the house isn't really that clean. Had to leave after one night, booked 3, and had to stay in a hotel for the rest
