Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen und sauber. Es ist vieles Fußläufig zu erreichen und der Ausblick ist toll. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Wenn man einen Parkplatz im Parkhaus möchte, muss man diesen leider über ein separates Büro buchen, wo wir niemanden erreicht haben.

The bubble bath and the city view really helped to relax, ideal for romantic nights. Spacious high ceiling studio is fully equiped for both short and longer stays, all practicalities included, really appreciated small details like coffee, water bottles, shower gel and cotton sticks. Consistent black-and-white design with a touch of gold and red make it very cosy. It was not hot during our stay so we used half-open window to let in fresh air rather than A/C. The bed mattress is sturdy just like we are used to, the pillows were comfy large. There was only one big blanket to share - very romantic, but could be an issue for restful sleep. The building itself is neither a hotel nor a guesthouse, which could be confusing when booking, instead it's a modern hotel-looking-high-rise-building filled with apartments. There is no bar or restaurant, instead lobby and facilities are run by friendly and helpful staff. Elevators run fast, the wait is minimal. We did not meet anyone at all on the 17th floor. Other residents (mostly families with kids of various ages) used the first five or so floors. There is a floor with massage and beauty salon, unfortunatly we did not have time for them. The building was not crowded nor noisy. We also enjoyed the included swimming pool & sauna in the same building (tiles are quite slippery, bring your own slippers). I was worried about parking but there are two paid parking lots just across the street (lots of traffic in the evening, half-empty in the morning), one can also book with the building operator in advance (haven't tried). Close to big grocery supermarket, downtown and dining places are a bit further but within walking distance. We used Explore Szczecin app (gps-triggered audio guide) to explore the city and ran into huge public market - another fest of food and clothes.
