The location is really convenient, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. It’s also within walking distance of the station. Even when we came back late at night, there were still plenty of people around the station, so we felt safe and could easily find somewhere to have dinner. Overall, a very convenient location!

Unfortunately, the room was not as clean as we expected, and it took us some time to get used to it. Although there is a washing machine, the dryer requires an additional fee, which we were not expecting. There was also some water leakage in the shower room, and the ventilation/air circulation was not very good. Since we were a group of six, we found the living room quite small and there were not enough chairs for everyone to sit comfortably together. We also tried to move one of the chairs to use while putting on our shoes, but it was very shaky. We contacted the owner about it, but were told that it could not be repaired and there was no extra chair available to replace it. Overall, there were several things that could be improved, especially in terms of cleanliness, space, and basic facilities.

我們住六人房其中一間房的掛衣架應該是掉落（有孔洞）如過能再裝回去會更好😀

Conveniently located near Hongik Univ. Station (Exit 2) and very easy to walk to. The place is clean, spacious, and easily accommodates multiple people. There is also a convenient luggage storage area right in front of the room. Inside, the room is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, truly making it feel like a home away from home. It features a complete kitchen with cookware, a washing machine, an iron, and plenty of other amenities. On top of that, the host was wonderful, providing clear instructions and a very helpful check-in guide. It’s clear that this place is extremely well-maintained. Highly recommended!
